Fix 1: Unblock OAI-SearchBot
ChatGPT's search bot was refused (403/429) on 31% of its 71 requests. While it is blocked you are invisible to ChatGPT search.
The wildcard rule on /docs/ is what refuses OAI-SearchBot. If a CDN or WAF bot rule also returns 403, allowlist OpenAI's published IP ranges there too.
