The service
Primetra measures how AI assistants and agents find and use your product, and suggests fixes. We report what we measure, with sample sizes. We don't guarantee any placement or outcome.
Plans and billing
- Each plan includes a fixed amount of AI work each month. If we reach it, the affected runs pause until the next month, and the app marks those results as paused. We never bill usage on top of your plan's price.
- Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel. Cancel any time in Billing.
- The full report is a one-time purchase.
- You accept these terms at checkout. We record which version you accepted.
Your responsibilities
- You have the authority to accept these terms for your company.
- Install the collector only on sites, APIs and servers you control.
- Give your own visitors any privacy notice the law requires for what the collector forwards.
- Keep your ingest and API keys secret. Tell us if one leaks, and we'll replace it.
- Don't send us credentials, secrets or personal content through the collector or the app.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Primetra to overload or attack any site, and don't try to break or reverse engineer the service.
- Don't scrape the service, and don't resell it or its output as your own service.
- Don't use Primetra to probe or test sites you don't own or have permission to test.
- Our crawler, PrimetraBot, fetches a few public pages of the sites you ask us to check. What it fetches, how it treats robots.txt, and how to block it: primetra.ai/bot.
AI-generated output
Some of what we show you is AI-generated: the answers we collect from AI models (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, Perplexity, and Meta through the Meta Model API) through their official APIs, the citations in them, and text we draft with AI models. It can be wrong. Check the cited sources before you rely on it.
- AI output is provided as is. Don't rely on it without checking it, and check it before you publish it.
- AI answers can say untrue things about any company, yours included. They are the providers' words, not ours.
- We don't guarantee that any assistant will mention, cite or recommend you.
- Don't present AI-generated output you get from Primetra as written by a person.
- When you use output we pass through from an AI provider, follow that provider's usage policies and acceptable-use rules (for answers from xAI's models, xAI's Acceptable Use Policy).
- Answers from the Meta Model API are subject to Meta's Model API Terms of Service (https://dev.meta.ai/legal/terms-of-service) and Acceptable Use Policy (https://dev.meta.ai/legal/acceptable-use-policy). They come from Meta's developer API with web search and are a stand-in for what Meta's assistants may say, not what the Meta AI app shows.
Your data
You own your data.
- Export your metrics any time from the app, as JSON or CSV. Raw events: ask us.
- A workspace owner can request deletion any time in Settings. It's final after a 7-day grace period, and you can cancel it until then.
- When you request deletion we stop your subscription's renewal right away; if Stripe is unavailable, we retry daily. If you cancel the request, renewal is switched back on.
- At the end of the grace period we delete the workspace's data, cancel the subscription, and remove sign-ins that belong to no other workspace. Refunds: [To be completed with counsel].
- We keep order records as the law requires, our own cost records, and an audit entry saying the workspace was deleted. Copies held by our providers and in database backups expire on their own schedules.
